Join us for our first wine dinner of the year at 7pm on Wednesday February 15th for an introduction to the wines of the Adelaide Hills, with Peter Saturno, the CEO and Winemaker for Longview Wines, a winery that was recently awarded 5 red stars in the Halliday Wine Companion.

The cooler climate of the Adelaide Hills provides perfect growing conditions for international varietals like Sauvignon Blanc, Chardonnay, Pinot Noir, Syrah etc, with the Saturno family leveraging their Italian heritage to also make a number of interesting Northern Italian varietals, such as Nebbiolo, Pinot Grigio, Barbera etc

Greg Chef will curate a 4-course menu that will perfectly pair with a tasting of 8 great wines from across the Longview range, plus you will have the opportunity to buy your favourite wines of the night at special prices.
