Tonight we will be visiting the beautiful Adelaide Hills with head winemaker for Saint & Scholar Wines – Stephen Dew - hosting our dinner and a tasting of wines for which Adelaide Hills is renowned for – Sauvignon Blanc, Chardonnay, Pinot Noir and cool climate Syrah. These wines offer incredible value for money, so why not join us for tasting over a great three course dinner and then you can buy the wines you love at really great prices.

Saint & Scholar is a partnership between Stephen Dew (The Saint!) and Redi Bosward (the Scholar), both of whom are legendary winemakers and vignerons in their own right – Reid overseas the wonderful Kaesler Wines in the Barossa and Dewy spends his downtime making wine in Burgundy. We are very fortunate to have a really talented winemaker joining us tonight to provide a wonderful introduction to his Saint & Scholar range of wines.

7.00pm - Arrive to enjoy an NV Sparkling with warmed marinated olives followed by a Graduates Sav Blanc while Stephen shares the story of Saint & Scholar Wines

7.30pm - First course served - Basque prawns, paprika, garlic, parsley with Dewy’s Nectar Sav Blanc and Graduates Pinot Gris

8.00pm - Second course served - Roasted pumpkin, macadamia, lentils, dukkah with the Holier than Boz Chardonnay and Masters Chardonnay

8.30pm - Third course served - Slow cooked pork neck, savoy cabbage, pancetta, chestnut with Soap Box Pinot Noir and Saving Grace Shiraz
