WIN OUR LUCKY DOOR PRIZE OF 6 BOTTLES OF NASHDALE LANE WINES

Tonight we head west to explore NSW's Orange wine district, with Nashdale Lane vigneron & proprietor Nick Segger. Nick and his wife Tanya were inspired to start a winery during a trip to Tuscany in the early 1990s, and spent 10 years scouring the world looking for a suitable location, before finally settling on Orange, NSW in 2001. Attracted to Orange’s elevated slopes and cool climate, Nick and Tanya set out building an estate that took advantage of the local terroir to produce a diverse array of varietals that we will get to enjoy over dinner.

Nick will host us in a tasting of 7 of his favourite wines from their esteemed Colour Series range, complemented with a perfectly paired three course meal from our Head Chef Greg Humphry. The format for the night is as follows:

7.00pm: Arrive to enjoy a Riesling and Pinot Gris with warmed olives, while Nick shares the story of Nashdale Lane

7.30pm: First course served – Pork & Pistachio Terrine with Chardonnay and Fume Blanc

8.00pm: Second course served - Roasted Cauliflower, almond cream, kale, dukkah with Pinot Noir & Tempranillo

8.30pm: Third Course served - Grilled Jack’s Creek Black Angus beef MBS3+, potato gratin, confit eschalot with Shiraz.

Those staying on after dinner will be able to order dessert from the menu if they need a sugar hit whilst they enjoy an extra glass or two of their favourite wines from the night.
