Steve Flamsteed, winemaker from Yarra Valley’s Giant Steps will be our host this evening as we enjoy an introduction to this winery’s extensive portfolio of great value wines. We will enjoy a mix of estate and single vineyard wines across the key varietals for which the Yarra Valley is renowned – chardonnay, pinot noir and shiraz. Don’t miss your opportunity to enjoy an audience with one of Australia’s most respected winemakers.

For the 7.45pm tasting and dinner, our chefs Sandro and Greg will put together a lovely three course menu to pair with the wines.
