We are thrilled to announce An Intimate Evening with Pina Ambrosino and her pop-up gallery at Coogee Wine Room.
“Ever since I can remember I knew I would be an artist. By the age of 14 years I was drawing nudes at Roar Studios in Melbourne’s then seedy Brunswick Street Fitzroy and sipping on glasses of red wine with Art Professors and students. I was a child obsessed with making art, I needed to express my thoughts and ideas and art was my medium.” - Pina Ambrosino.
Pina Ambrosino’s works focus on the human form, and the consumption of wine. Ambrosino is exploring these forms using Acrylic on 100% archival quality cotton paper where the fluidity comes naturally.
Join us on Wednesday 8 December, where Pina will be in residence to talk us through her artwork, along with her friends form Harkham Wines in the Hunter Valley, who will be providing us with a tasting on the night.
We have limited places available for this complimentary experience –
Please RSVP to veronika@thelyonsgallery.com
The works will be in residence through to January 6, so if you miss launch night, you will have plenty of time to drop in and check out Pina’s artworks, all of which are available for purchase.
