Nick Paterson from Chateau Pato in the Hunter Valley will host a tasting in the front bar from 5.30pm introducing us to his lovely range of Semillon, Chardonnay and Shiraz. The 7pm tasting will include a 3 course dinner paired with a number of back-vintage wines to contrast with their current release equivalents.
