O’Connor’s Pasture Fed Dry Aged Rib Eye MBS 2-4

An iconic Gippsland producer with wonderful steak marbling off just grass. Allow 30-40 mins cooking time.

Wine suggestion: Malbec, Shiraz, Nebbiolo
